STUDENT COUNCILStudent Council is a group of 4th and 5th grade student leaders who work together to help their school and community. Meetings will be the first and third Friday of every month.

GREEN TEAMIs your child interested in joining the Green Team at Island Park? Our Green Team is led by Ms. Mullen, a Kindergarten teacher and Ms. Carlson, a third grade teacher at Island Park.

LEARNING GARDENLearning Garden is a unique opportunity for children to get their hands dirty tending to the soil, planting vegetables, caring for and weeding them and eventually harvesting them to cook and eat!

RECESS CAMPRecess Camp has been an ongoing program at Island Park that allows students in grades 2-5 an alternative to the traditional outdoor recess.

WALKERS CLUBWalkers Club is a great alternative recess activity that rewards students for being active! For kids choosing to participate, they receive a charm for every "lap" they completed on the playground.
