Why Register?
Membership Toolkit is the service that empowers us to make purchases, complete back-to-school needs, and coordinate our volunteer efforts —all online. The goal is to save time, and work together more smoothly!
Once registered, you can:
- Join our PTA online
- Sign-up to receive important communications
- Complete your directory information
- Volunteer inside or outside the classroom online
- Donate to the PTA Fundraising Ask Campaign
- Purchase spirit wear
- Access the online directory and app (for PTA members only)
INstructions:
If you already have a Membership Toolkit account with other schools in our district, you can use the same login/password and go to Step 2.
STEP 1:
- Click on the LOGIN OR REGISTER button.
- Only one Parent/Guardian in your household needs to set up the primary account. Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account (My Account -> Update my account -> Access). This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
Example: Grandparent(s) is invited to have access so they can sign up to volunteer on the website.
- Only one Parent/Guardian in your household needs to set up the primary account. Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account (My Account -> Update my account -> Access). This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
- Select “Create Account” under New User and fill in the name, email, and password information.
- Click “verify my email” and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders. IMPORTANT: Your account is NOT ACTIVE until you enter your "Family Information".
- Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.
STEP 2:
- Start with “Parent and Student Information” section to add/verify your family information to the online directory.
- After you have saved your family information, Parent Pack will be available for you to complete. Please follow the instructions on top to complete your back-to-school needs.
