Books and Bites Event:
Fundraiser for Island Park at Island Books
Tuesday, November 16 | 10am - 7pm
Beverage hospitality offered from 4pm - 6pm
 

Raise money for Island Park, support our local, independently owned bookstore, AND check items off your holiday and year-round book and gifting shopping lists.

 

Continuing their long-standing and generous commitment to Mercer Island School District, Island Books will contribute 20% of all sales, including books, toys, housewares and gift card sales, to Island Park’s PTA on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 16th from 10am - 7pm in support of our students, teachers, and school activities. Shop from 4pm-6pm and enjoy a glass of sparkling water or wine hosted by your Island Park PTA volunteers while browsing.

 

Purchase several gift cards to have on hand, or pick up a couple of larger gift cards to use yourself throughout the year and support Island Park all year long! There is no limit on gift card amounts or quantity! NOTE – There will be a donation box for any gift cards purchased for Island Park teachers. Gifts will be delivered on Friday, November 19th to Island Park.

 

Volunteers needed! Please consider volunteering to provide beverage hospitality for our Island Park Island Books Fundraiser Tuesday, November 16th from 4pm-6pm! We need donations of wine, seltzer, cups, napkins, and a few people to keep our table tidy and welcoming. NOTE: Please drop off donations at: 8531 SE 61st Street or contact Becky McKanna to arrange pick up.
