Student MUST:

  • Set up the project on the day of the fair during the set-up time.
  • Present their project to Science Fair Detectives during their assigned time.
  • Provide all materials needed to set-up and display project (extension cords, tape, etc.)
  • Leave the project on display until completion of the fair.
  • Remove the project promptly at the end of the fair. Island Park PTA and MISD are not responsible for stolen or lost items.

Parents/Guardians MUST:

  • Limit your participation in the project to supervision.
  • Choose a volunteer position to assist with the operation of the science fair event. At least one adult volunteer per family is mandatory.

I understand that all projects must follow the Elementary Science Fair Safety Guidelines to ensure a safe and fun experience for all students. I have read and agree to the Science Fair safety rules.
